• Market and social media research: Conduct market research and social media research projects throughout the whole process:
  • communicating with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • proposals preparation, designing the best research approach
  • planning and coordinating research.
  • data analysis, data interpretation.
  • writing reports and making actionable recommendations.
  • follow up with the client to maintain the relationship.
• Social Media Monitoring: Assisting and advising Attentio’s clients’ in the usage and configuration of the Attentio Social Media Dashboard.
• Responsible for managing the research analysts team.
• Developing new methodologies, concepts and ideas to enhance Attentio’s research offer.

• 3-6 years of experience in quantitative market research.
• Master degree. Masters in market research or statistics are a plus. 
• Experience in coordinating and managing a team is a plus. 
• Analytical mind and passion for technology and social media.
• Ability to effectively manage customer relationships. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset,  self-motivated, committed and flexible. 
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English. Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
• Creative writing skills in English is a plus.
