Opening: intern in the Client Services - analyst team

Attentio is looking for an intern who will work within the client delivery team and will be supporting the team members with: dashboard project set up, analysis of social media data in several languages, data research in specific countries, and other tasks that are related the delivery of projects and reports to Attentio clients. Working language is English.

Responsibilities

• Set up of social media projects with Attentio tools (training is provided)
• Monitor projects and report on quality status of tracking to accomplish project objectives
• Support of analysis of social media articles and report writing (multilingual)
• Support to analysts on preparation of social media presentations
• Research for social media sources in different countries

Qualifications and Experience

• Good Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Should be IT literate
• Very comfortable with PC use and internet research
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good writing skills in English required
• 2 to 3 years market research or marketing experience, and/or marketing or other business related education are strong asset
• English and at least two additional European languages are a must  – currently languages of interest are Scandinavian languages, French, German and Arabic
• Knowledge and use of social media is an advantage

Job description & location

To further strengthen our R&D team we are looking for interns to support the addition and analysis of social media data (blogs, news, forums, Twitter, social networks, etc), or to support system administration tasks, or to support software testing.

Required

    * Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)

For interns who would like to work with data, we also expect:

    * Bachelor or Master in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience

Attentio is looking for an experienced systems administrator, who will work within the Technology Group responsible for maintaining and enhancing our cluster of Linux servers, and help support and improve our market intelligence software.

Main tasks will consist of

• Maintain/expand our cluster of Linux servers in a high-security data centre
• Monitor the systems health of our hardware and software
• Develop fail-over strategies for high-availability clusters
• Maintenance of cross-platform working environment

Required skills:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to build Attentio’s global direct and indirect sales organisation. The successful candidate will pro-actively help define and meet aggressive business targets. Working closely with the CEO, he or she will develop the sales strategy, manage internal sales and reseller teams, be responsible for the overall sales pipeline / sales forecast and pro-actively drive opportunities. The role also involves developing and sustaining close working relationships with key account customers as well as with our internal product team to drive through customer-centric needs & requirements.

Main tasks will consist of

• Develop a sales strategy that supports sales objectives defined by CEO
• Build, develop and motivate our sales infrastructure;

          o Internal sales team, which will expand globally.
          o Global re-seller network.

• Go to market execution:

          o Update go-to-market strategy.

• Manage sales organization:

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in managing a sales team (hiring, development and training).
• Experience with managing resellers and negotiating reseller contracts.
• Experience with sales of software / software-as-a-service (SAS) will be an advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Ability to close sales that require complex proposals.
• University qualification is preferable but raw sales / organizing skills are more important.
• Knowledge of social media / internet is an advantage.
• Availability to travel.
• Written and oral fluency in English an absolute requirement. (Other languages are an advantage)
