Required

February 2010: System Administrator

Attentio is looking for an experienced systems administrator, who will work within the Technology Group responsible for maintaining and enhancing our cluster of Linux servers, and help support and improve our market intelligence software.

Main tasks will consist of

Maintain/expand our cluster of Linux servers in a high-security data centre
Monitor the systems health of our hardware and software
Develop fail-over strategies for high-availability clusters
Maintenance of cross-platform working environment

Required skills:

Advanced knowledge of Linux server administration
Including real-time monitoring
Shell Scripting
Knowledge of tools and protocols such as http, dns, ssh, rsync, nfs, dhcp, nagios, svn, apache, mysql, etc.
TCP/IP Networking

February 2010: VP Sales wanted to drive global expansion

We are looking for an exceptional individual to build Attentio’s global direct and indirect sales organisation. The successful candidate will pro-actively help define and meet aggressive business targets. Working closely with the CEO, he or she will develop the sales strategy, manage internal sales and reseller teams, be responsible for the overall sales pipeline / sales forecast and pro-actively drive opportunities. The role also involves developing and sustaining close working relationships with key account customers as well as with our internal product team to drive through customer-centric needs & requirements.

Main tasks will consist of

Develop a sales strategy that supports sales objectives defined by CEO
Build, develop and motivate our sales infrastructure;

o Internal sales team, which will expand globally.
o Global re-seller network.

Go to market execution:

          o Update go-to-market strategy.
          o Develop sales & marketing material.
          o Develop pricing structure.

Manage sales organization:

          o People management.
          o Standardization of processes based on best practices.
          o Reporting sales performance,

Monitor client projects to accomplish sales objectives.
Work with our client delivery team to ensure that we meet client requirements.
Develop, expand and renew contracts with our existing clients.

Qualifications and experience

5 to 10 years experience with good track record in building sales organizations including developing and implementing sales strategies.
Ideally, the candidate should have experience from both offline and online sales & marketing with Fortune 1000 companies.
Experience in managing a sales team (hiring, development and training).
Experience with managing resellers and negotiating reseller contracts.
Experience with sales of software / software-as-a-service (SAS) will be an advantage.
Excellent presentation skills required.
Ability to close sales that require complex proposals.
University qualification is preferable but raw sales / organizing skills are more important.
Knowledge of social media / internet is an advantage.
Availability to travel.
Written and oral fluency in English an absolute requirement. (Other languages are an advantage)

We are currently looking for Client Services Manager to join our social media analyst team.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Coordination and workload planning of the analyst team; organization of weekly team meetings to supervise analyst tasks
Support team members with questions related to client management and services; responsible for training and coaching team members
Responsible for account management, growing existing accounts
Maintaining relationship with clients and increasing cooperation through ongoing contact with the client
